I'm Allison, the chief trailblazer, master collaborator and head retail therapist here at The Retail Playground. I’m passionate about creating a world where entrepreneurs can take small risks to make big waves and grow businesses that truly thrive. 

After 15+ years working in retail and real estate development, I founded UpNext—the creative ecosystem behind The Retail Playground—to help reimagine the next generation of retail.
