What building, closing, and starting again can teach us about entrepreneurship.
Kristen Lambert is a founder and knitwear designer who has experienced the full lifecycle of fashion and retail, from brand building and pop-ups to closing and rebuilding. In 2012, she founded Boston-based knitwear brand Third Piece, growing it into a nationally recognized label and storefront in the South End.
After navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and eventually closing the business, Kristen’s perspective on work and success shifted. Today, she focuses on educational experiences rooted in knitting and creativity as tools for clarity, regulation, and sustainable growth. She is the founder of InnerWeave, where she works with individuals and creative businesses through workshops and retreats that encourage slowing down and moving with intention.
In this session, Kristen will share an honest look at entrepreneurship, blending real-world experience with mindful practices to support clearer decisions and more sustainable momentum.
